Lash Appointment Policy
Lash Extensions & Treatments
Patch testing for lash extensions is not permitted at Progressive Lash Pro as per adhesive manufacturer’s guidance. However, if this is your first-time having lash extensions and you’d feel more comfortable having a patch test, are pregnant, have eye and/ or skin sensitivities, please book a patch test. It’s important to understand the risks associated with having lash extensions applied and there is always a chance of developing a reaction to the full set despite having no reaction to a patch test.
A £25 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is required at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of the treatment on the day.
Cancellations/ No shows: Please allow 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment. The non-refundable booking fee can only be used to reschedule if the 48 hours’ notice is provided, it will not be refunded. Failure to provide 48 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Appointments can only be rearranged once with the original booking fee. Full payment will be required for no shows and cancellations within 48 hours. The booking fee will only be refunded if photographic evidence is provided of reaction to a patch test.
Infills: At least 40% of lashes must be remaining for an infill appointment. Anything less will be classed as a full set and you will be charged the rate of a full set.
Please note, Progressive Lash Pro can not provide an infill service for extensions applied elsewhere.
Progressive Lash Pro guarantees their work for up to 72 hours. If you are experiencing any issues with your lashes within this time frame, they will be corrected for free, providing you can come back within the 72 hours of the set. Progressive Lash Pro will require photographic evidence before you return to have them fixed to assess whether the issue can be resolved.
Anyone under the age of 18 must provide parental consent in the form of a letter/ email which must be signed and dated.
Progressive Lash Pro kindly asks that you do not bring plus ones to your appointment. Our insurance covers the client only, please attend alone.

TRAINING COURSES & MENTORING
In the event that you cannot make your training day, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to rebook you at a more convenient date. However, please note that all booking fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your course date, your booking fee becomes non-transferable. Subsequent bookings will require full payment to secure any future dates. Transfer of dates will be discretionary and will not be possible within 2 weeks of the course date.
It is the student's responsibility to find a suitable model for the practical part of the course, which will be needed for up to two hours, and while Progressive Lash Pro will aim to help, they cannot guarantee availability.
To successfully pass our eyelash extension training course, students are required to complete case studies within 6 months of course completion.
