Lash Appointment Policy

All appointments require a £15 non-refundable booking fee, this is deducted from the total cost of the treatment and the remaining is to be paid on the day.

Once your appointment has been booked and your booking fee has been paid, no refunds can be made.

 

With 48 hours notice you may change your appointment and your booking fee will be transferred. the changed appointment must be booked within the following two weeks of your original appointment date.

 

Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will result in the loss of your booking fee and the full treatment price must be paid before you will be able to rebook.

I allow a ten minute leeway should you be running late for your appointment, anything longer than this will eat into your lash time and result in less coverage.

 

If I do not feel we have had enough time to complete the set, I hold the right to cancel your appointment.

 

Please arrive on time to your appointment. I wont be able to see you more than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

 

Please come to your appointment alone unless otherwise agreed before.

 

No children under the age of 16 are permitted to be in the studio.
